Legal Practice Director
As one of the Legal Practice Directors, Tamara brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s legal challenges. Her areas of practice include family law, domestic and family violence, child protection, and Wills and Estates.
With a background in both law and psychology, Tamara takes a thoughtful and considered approach to her work, recognising that every client and every family is different.
A proud and active member of the Samford community, Tamara values the relationships she has built locally and is passionate about providing approachable, personalised legal services to the people and families who call the area home.

As one of the Legal Practice Directors, Denise brings decades of legal experience and a genuine passion for helping people and businesses find practical solutions to their legal challenges. Her areas of practice include commercial law, conveyancing, litigation, Wills and Estates, and trusts.
With a particular interest in commercial law, Denise enjoys helping businesses navigate complex legal issues, negotiate agreements and find commercially sensible outcomes. She is known for her straightforward approach and her ability to guide clients through the maze of the law with clarity and confidence.

Peter Williams
ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR
Peter is an Associate Solicitor in our Family Law team, bringing experience practising family law in both New Zealand and Australia. He assists clients with parenting matters, property settlements and domestic and family violence proceedings, offering clear, practical advice during what can often be a challenging time.Peter takes a compassionate, solutions-focused approach, recognising that every family has its own circumstances and priorities. He looks at the bigger picture and works closely with clients to help them understand their options and move forward with confidence.
When he’s not in the office, Peter is happiest outdoors – whether travelling, hiking, playing sport or exploring one of Queensland’s many beautiful beaches.

Melissa Lim
SOLICITOR
Melissa is a Solicitor working across Commercial Law, Conveyancing and other general matters. Since being admitted in 2021, she has developed a broad range of experience and enjoys helping clients navigate everything from property transactions to business matters and legal disputes.With a calm and approachable manner, Melissa takes the time to understand each client's circumstances and provide advice tailored to their needs. She enjoys helping people work through important decisions and putting the right arrangements in place for the future.
Originally from South Australia, Melissa has embraced life in Brisbane and loves exploring the city's food scene in search of her next favourite meal. When she’s not trying a new restaurant, you might find her bouldering, bowling or getting out for a spontaneous weekend adventure.

Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Family Law team, assisting clients with separation, property settlements, parenting arrangements and domestic and family violence matters.Having worked with the firm as a Law Graduate before being admitted in 2024, Charlotte has built a solid foundation of experience and enjoys helping people navigate the legal and personal challenges that can come with family law matters. She brings a thoughtful, professional approach to her work and is committed to providing clear advice and attentive support.
Outside the office, Charlotte enjoys travelling and discovering new places. She believes that exploring the world is a great way to broaden your perspective – something that comes in handy when helping people work through life's more complicated moments.

Nikita Advani
SOLICITOR
Nikita is a Graduate Solicitor working with our Wills and Estates team. Having recently completed her studies in Law and Drama at QUT, she is proud to have been recently admitted as a solicitor and enjoys putting her legal knowledge into practice and developing her experience in succession law.Nikita is enthusiastic about learning from the team and helping clients with the practical details involved in planning for the future.
When she’s not working, studying or tackling an assignment, you might find her at the beach, practising piano or putting her drama skills to good use. And if you visit the office, she may even offer you a coffee – although she admits her barista skills are still a work in progress!

SENIOR PARALEGAL
Pavlina is our Senior Paralegal, working across Conveyancing and Wills and Estates. She plays an important role in helping keep matters moving smoothly, supporting our legal team and assisting clients through the many details involved in property transactions and estate planning.
From buying or selling a property to putting important plans in place for the future, Pavlina helps ensure that the practical details are taken care of along the way.
